I'm Niko, and this is my blog where I share my scattered thoughts about life the universe and everything. Most of the time technology, product development and all the things related.

During the daytime, I work as a Principal Engineer at SOK, building better shopping experiences for retail using Event-driven Architecture and serverless technologies on AWS. On the tooling side I'm avid AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), and projen user — and not only a daily user but also an occasional open-source contributor.

Beyond the keyboard, I'm a father of two magnificent girls, husband, indie music lover, guitarist, photographer, and randonneur 🚲
